selfmade bootskin but there is a greenpass

Hi!
I try to make my own bootskin but there is a greenpass on it when i boot. i don´t know what i doing wrong, can anybody help me?

can't download your file.....only suggestion from me is to double check your steps with this tutorial, if you haven't already.....WWW Link

then run it through bootskin buddy...and see if it comes up with a fault....WWW Link

other boots work for you?....
