Cant get online game

I cant get the online game to work.  It just keeps telling me "disconnected from ironclad server" I'm not even sure i got an account created. 

1. how can i check if i have an ironclad online account

2. if i do have one what do i need to try to get it to connect

3. is there a help desk or anything from the makers whom i can call for some help.

1. Please make sure you have the latest game version (1.05). If not, you can update your game from the main menu.

2. Please check the "stickies" relating in the "Technical" forum. There is a ton of information in this forum relating to issues such as yours.

3. Download, read/follow the steps in my guide (Networking and SINS) which can be found at the very bottom of the "Technical FAQ" (not the regular FAQ) or linked-to from my stickied thread in the "Technical" forum.


If you're at a university dorm where you don't have physical access/control over upstream routers/firewalls and you can't implement the instructions in my guide, you may have to wait for game patch 1.1 (which will give the game some optional netcode to help aleviate some connection issues).
