This had begun as a collection of starships based upon the Star Fleet Universe and other sources and has now evolved into the development of a full complete mod.

What you can expect to see:
9 custom major races to choose:
United Federation of Planets; Klingon Empire; Romulan Star Empire; Kzinti Hegemony; Lyran Star Empire; Hydran Kingdom; Gorn Confederation; Tholian Holdfast; and the Interstellar Concordium.

8 Custom minor races.

Custom technology trees and weapons set up for each race.
Custom player useable shipstyles for every race.

2 Custom Immense Maps: "Federation and Empire" and "The General War"

Custom Campaign: "ISC Invasion"

I gladly accept ideas for this mod and collect ships that you make to add to the ship sets. Feel free to share your ideas. I'd love to see your screenshots as well.

If that precious mother could be soooo nice, she should only create you a formal user account on the family PC so that you can work at YOUR stuff in peace without having to worry about borking things up.

I think you've got enough talent (Yellow UFP rendering above included, btw) to justify this much help from her.

 

Besides, a free trial version of ObjectX by SD certainly wouldn't be any more dangerous than the GC2 games setup you've been playing.

I see all my ship sets are back on sweet.  Enjoy while I keep on working.  Oh and the colony ships for Tholian, Hydran, and Romulan will change with the Mod release.

LOL do AF once you get the mod done and kick back, what will be your next plan?  Will you move the time line foward and starting making a mod that has some of the newer type ships like the Galaxy and such(and maybe sneak in the Chandley lol)?  Course Im thinking you may want to take a break and recoup from how long you have been doing this...which you will richly deserve.  Im sure most of us here agree that you have earned at least a long day off!!!  After...back to WORK!!!

Zyxpsilon convinced me to add Borg Collective, Cardassian Union, and Ferengi Alliance to the set. 
I do want to add 24th Century ships so they will be included with extra tech trees that will have the races mimic their weapons in the TV/movies rather then the board game by Star Fleet Universe.

Also I say this since I was just playing Star Fleet Command 3 today and I was like, "I can make that."

Hi, I was looking the 'need an artist' post - all looks wonderful BTW... :congrat:  

 

A couple of questions/modest suggestions about this mod:

Will the Borg be playable or will they take the place of the Dread Lords?

Will the Jagged Knife be the Maquis or some other rebel group?

 

Can't wait for this to be finished - I'm already enjoying thouroughly the ship styles you guys posted

Hey AF, mabye the Terran Empire can be a playble civ?  If so, I'd like to work on there ship style cause I think it should be a mix of your Federation ships and other ships like the NX class  and mabye some made up ship classes.

Andromedan Invaders will be be the Dread Lords so the Borg are a playable race.  The Jagged Knife is being substituted for one of the Orion Pirate Cartels.  There will also already be an Orion Pirate minor race running around.

You really don't need to make a new shipstyle.  Every time period of the mirror universe I've seen has the exact same ship designs just different logos.
