Not working for me, could use some help

Whenever I start up Window Blinds, I get this message. I've rebooted many times but nothing has changed. I've also clicked the "Use additional process" button to no avail.

The only firewall I have is the default windows one, but that can't be the problem because I've used Window Blinds on this computer before and it worked. Can anyone help?

I'm guessing it's the 'you must restart' message

you have exceeded the trial time limit. reinstalling won't reset it.

it's time to decide if you like it enough to buy it.
