change system tray icons

hello, I have just installed ObjectDock Plus (on Windows XP). I made a dock to contain my system tray icons, and I would like to replace some of them with higher res icons that I downloaded from wincustomize.com. I try to right click on the item to get to dock entry properties, but I just get the program's right-click menu. is it possible to change the icons for system tray items, and if so, how?
