How to Backup and Save Your Work?????????

Good moring all,

I just purchased WindowBlinds and installed it on my XP Pro machine.  I see that I can customize the settings but do not see where or how to backup your work.  I have looked all around the program and do not see a menu for backup.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance,

Charlie

Backup and save what work. WindowBlinds is used to apply skins to your GUI.

If you had customized some things using the Windows interface they will be overwritten by WB and your only option is to restore to Windows default.  Saving the current settings might be a useful feature request.  Worth an email to support@stardock.com ?

I was able to figure out that the documents (skins) are stored under shared documents. That help me at least backup my downloaded skins.

All settings made in the WB config applies to all skins when applied, if you are tinkering with blinds in Skinstudio you can always use save as to make a copy, or in the menu manage skins i belive there is a option to make a copy of them.

Windowblinds never make permanent changes to the original skin/blind.
