Hello

I have bought Deskscapes on the weekend but timed out to download it.

Now I cannt get a hold of the link and the serial number again. I have phoned stardock and sent them emails

plus filled in my email address but have not yet received a email with the requested information.

The money is gone via paypal but I still have empty hands.

 

'I have now signed on Stardock Central and I can find a download link under "Object Desktop". Would have been good to find this mentioned somewhere because they blocked my account before. Obviously I could somehow register again under the same email address.

PayPal payments take longer to fully release the money than a CC does, that may have been the cause of your delay.
Your e-mail came in to us on May 12, we do state that we have a 48 hour turn around time.
It's only been 24.
