Where do I find the Bonus Pack ship components?

Today I decided to reinstall GalCiv 2 and maybe get the expansions. Everything went well, except that I can't seem to get the Bonus Pack ship components I had on the previous install. This leaves me kinda miffed, because I know I should have them and I used them in my ship designs quite a lot (especially the distinctive satellite dish).

I installed the game from both the CD's and the digital download, but it had no difference except costing me a significant amount of free time.

They should be included in the latest patch already, but if not, you can find the enabler via the Collector's Edition link in the footer of the downloads page.
