How to display my briefing text in scenarios?

Hi all,

i created a customscenario with the scenarioeditor (please Stardock, give us manuals, file paths....etc, please). My descriptiontext is not shown in the scenario details window. "normal rules aplly" is the only text i can see.

Does anybody know, what to do? Or, what i´m doing wrong??
