Planet visibility doesn't change when you give or receive planets

In a game i'm playing, 2 races surrendered to me (arceans and Altarians) and i don't see the area around their planets. Later on i gave a couple of the planets to someone else, and i keep seeing what's around them.

I have no idea how to post images correctly, sorry.

Also, the planet that has an area around visible, is in the same situation as the otehr ones, no idea why i can see in that one, but not around arcea.

I also have sensors +1 (the tech)

I have the same thing happening in DL and DA.
