Rating A Five Star Skin

Just a quick question...when a skin already has a 5 star rating and I want to give it a 5 star rating does my rating count? Or is it just redundant?

It counts.

Ratings are all taken and averaged based on a formula. The more 5 star ratings a skin has, the less a 4 star rating can impact the overall number. Same thing if a skin has a bunch of 3 star ratings, a single 5 star rating won't be able to move it as much.
