New skinners community

I'm fairly new to skinning and I do not feel under rated. I love it here.

There is no war between "old and youth". In fact, this site would be lost without those "old" guys and gals. I have found nothing but help and friendship here.

I registered here not quite a year ago, and I jumped right in to creating things with NO experience at all. Every time I got stuck...I just asked a question here in the forums. I got lots of help!

This is the best community on the web, period.

Proper spelling and grammer may cause miscommunications between old and new though. 

I guess it depends on what you expect of a skinning community.
I've beenn here for years and have always felt welcome and encouraged to contribute any way I can.

It really is about contribution in any community or family.

You get out what you put in. If you whine and complain, like any other family, you will deal with the reprecussions of your acitons.
If you are positive and inquisitive, you will find many willing to assist and befriend you.

by the way , keep writing, the more you write and read, the easier it will be to express yourself in an intelligible manner.(practice practice practice) and yes I am a mom,.. I suppose I do sound like one

Same basic idea as any "community", you'll find some people who are very helpful and others who you email who won't even take the time to respond with a simple "Sorry can't help".

But around here the first group usually seems to far outweigh the second.

It's a great place.

Its just the matter of time. Spend sometime overhere and you will improve in skinning, get noticed and get better rating. It looks you have got some misconceptions about the community.
I also felt underrated at the beggining but now I know that I was overrated. The basic things are just to have patience, learn from community, go in harmony with it, help others and feel that its your own community. You have made some nice widgets and I hope to see you improved with time and make some awesome widgets.

I am very new to skinnig and I have been improving with time and I felt under rated for a while but that is because... well... I wsn very good but just completed and uploded my frst Windwos blind skin. Featured in two news articals and on the site. So I definately feel way cool. LOL The truth is It has taken me a while to feel accepted in this community. But for about the last month a ha felt like I fit right in. I also feel Like I am bein nticed! I is a good feeling but you got to work for it. You cant quit jus because you feel like you arnt makeina difference. You he to take that and l it motivate you! Keep On working on it!
