Drag drop Icons not looking the same as what I made when Applied?

This is my Image which is 24x24 like the ones in diamond as well as all of the rest

 

 This is what I t looks like when It is being used?

 

 

Any help? It looks like ther are supposed to be painting margins but there is no option?

check your overall image size and the # of frames for it in the settings... (my first and only thought withthe info given)

I have the 7 frames that are default and I have that same image in both those frames right now. Theose frames are names additional animation frames but I dont know what that means but i just figured I would later make my own icons based off of what is in diamond. I dont know if those frames are for. But The image size is the the same as the ones in diamond 24x24 and still nothing.
