Make Dock Activate on "attention" and Language Bar

I currently have ObjectDock set to display my currently open programs and hide when a fullscreen application is open.  I would really like it if ObjectDock would appear momentarily if I received an instant message (or any other attention).  The current attention behavior is to just make the icon glow, but if the dock is hidden, I won't get that notification until I happen to use the dock again.

Secondly, I would like to know if there is any support for the language bar in ObjectDock.  As I sometimes need to use the language bar, the lack of support makes objectdock difficult to use exclusively.
