IconPackager, WindowBlinds

Object Desktop Launchpad --> Click Personalize ---> Click Icon Packager.  IP window opens, but the right margin is in the middle of the window.   The cursor can't grab and drag the window edge to pull it back, the maximize button in upper right corner is grayed out.  New packages install and line up on bottom to the right of the first package (Windows Default Icons) as usual, but won't load any more than five because the sixth package in the line will be outside of the window.   I've uninstalled all of stardock and reinstalled, have done the usual troubleshooting, checked settings, checked registry for errors, etc.   It's got to be something really stupid and right under my nose, but I'm dainbramaged apparently.  Any ideas out there?  It's  not urgent, so in the meantime I'll keep nosing around.  Thanks.
