have put a ticket in over two weeks ago got a reply for info. and not heard a dicky for over one week, this is pathetic, and shouldnt be allowed, anyone else had this sort of trouble, the company is useless.

Maybe they are researching your problem.

Can you post the ticket number from your auto-reply?

Stardock is one of the finest companies I know of when it comes to user support.  I'm sorry you are having a bad experience.

If support is waiting for your 'info' then obviously they have not received it.  It would seem that if you want to have this issue resolved you would re-submit the information instead of playing 'your turn' 'not mine' game.

Stardock support have assisted you on a multitude of occasions as indicated by the number of forum posts you have made. Even when you have resorted to ridiculous statements as -
the company is useless

For whatever reason support does not have the information they requested from you so I suggest you resend it.
