Questions about Objectdesktop 2008

I bought ObjectDesktop 2008 today, i downloaded Impulse, installed it, registered ObjectDesktop and i have 2 questions :

1-
I installed Deskscapes without any problem, but i can't install Windowblinds, it always shows " Error Retrieving data " (as shown in the picture).
i tried several times, changed the server to usa2 and always the same error message.
here is the error log :

2-
It shows MyColors and ObjectDock as free versions, it's supposed to be the Plus versions, or am i wrong ?

2. There is no other version of MyColors, the themes that come with it are separate purchases. ObjectDock is not included in ObjectDesktop, that's also a separate purchase.

what about my first problem, thats the one that really bothers me, any ideas ?

Not sure about that, I've seen in other threads to click on the help button on the top right > open xml folder > and then delete everything in there and restart Impulse to see if that helps.

I think you need to contact support this problem at
https://www.stardock.com/support/

Plus my Objectdock plus shows up on mine if you add the registration on the registration page. But this may also depend on you being a new customer - mine is an old account.

Thank you both for your replies :)

i tried again today to install WB and it worked fine, maybe there was a problem with the servers yesterday.
anyway it work fine now, thanks again.
