Can't activate - Outrageos

This is outragoes.. I just spent like 20 some dollars on software that won't activate.. Ive tried everymethod..

1. Reinstalling
2. Uninstalling .. then reinstalling using SDC with a stardock account linked to my email.
3. Contacting support

Nothing is working.. It's saying its a bad serial.. Even SDC says its a bad serial.. And I just paid for it!

This makes my stomach ache.

In SDC, go to tools and have it send you a serial #.

Enter that.

If it still does not work, email support@stardock.com.

What you describe is very uncommon.  I'm sure it'll get resolved quickly.

Support returned my call and this registration thing is screwed up at the moment. They are well aware of this and am looking into it further. They asked me to use SD Central as this may take a few weeks.

The bad serial/ failure to activate is a known problem.

Well, who knows.. I opened WindowBlinds out of boredom to look at the skins I cant use then it didnt ask for activation.. So then I tried a skin and it worked.. After I went back into SDC and put in my serial code and it activated.. Everything works now.. Weird though... really werid.
