Downloading Bootskins

I have tried to download 3 different bootskins and only a small portion of the file downloads.  The file at the link that I am refering to here is suppose to be 461 kb.  It only downloaded 14.4kb.  What's the deal?  Anyone have any Ideas.  I looked for a support person to email but there was no link to be found.

What browser?  Have you tried another?
Dial up?
What error message?

I just downloaded your linked skin using FF3b4 . . no problems.
