I found http://forums.xpthemes.com/ through a skin referral and was curious. Is it a mirror site?

Who maintains it?

I have a profile there (although it lists me as "citizen"  :p ) and I can log in with my username and password from here.

It is a Stardock site.
But one not trafficked in much.

It is Wincustomize's lesser known alter-ego. As old as WC I think. If I remember correctly it is a toned down version of WC to introduce those new to skinning.

XPThemes and VistaThemes are gateway sites.  People may stumble across these sites in Google, and they'll eventually make their way here to WC.  They're not as overwhelming as WinCustomize can be, so it's easier for new users to navigate.

It all points in to WC content though, so they make their way here eventually  :)
