How do I upload my icon for posting on the forum?

I have accessed the browse function in my account to locate my icon, and it appears in the browse field. When I attempt to upload the icon, I get: Web page cannot be found.  Under more information: This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.  My icon is a JPEG image.  It is located on my desktop.

Also, I can't check the Personal Icon, Personal Photo, or  Desktop screen shot buttons.

make sure the image have a size of 50x50 pixels, larger is not allowed. Then it should work :)

Thanks. This message next to the icon box ( Note: Image will be scaled to maximum of 50x50 size. .JPG file format only) led me to believe that the software would size my icon.
