Question about email support...

    My question is does Iron clad respond to replys or do i have to make a whole new email?

 

I Sent an email to ironclad support about mini dumps yesterday and got a response today. The Person who emailed me asked for some more information. I put the extra info in and hit reply. Will I get a response or will i have to make a sepperate email? I would like to just reply so i ca talk to someone who under stands the problem instead of aving someone new try to figure out the problem every time. If thats not possibl then thats ok.

I can't think of any reason they wouldn't. There are only nine people at IC, after all :p

I believe Josie handles IC support? She used to in beta, and probably retail too. So you shouldn't be getting new people each time. It's a small company ;)

Anyway, minidumps usually aren't answered if it's not a problem on your end. Blair has said previously they get a lot, and they can't answer every one. They will answer if it's a problem you can fix, if it's a problem on their end they'll just patch it in and you may not hear back about it.

They are also working on putting an auto-responder in for some common solutions.
