Can't update because of changed email

Recently I changed my email (login info) and upon trying to update IconPackager update, it says that it fails because it can't verify that it's me.

Nix that, had to update the registration in Stardock Central.

email Stardock support, and provide them with the original email address and the new one, They can help straighten out the problem, though you might have to occasionally supply the old address with stardock store, it refuses to acknowledge new addresses. but if support has the correct address they will send updates and stuff there.

Sorry to correct you wulfn1 but Sales is the department you want. For changing account information please contact sales@stardock.com. It is always best to include all the account info so you don't go back and forth with athentication.

Sales has more access to both account and sales info. Support can't access sales info to change your email in both places.

Just an FYI. Should you email into support we will happily chuck you to sales to get it fixed for you. No harm no foul.

no worries seabass, Sales is the correct one, I simply forgot, and usually if you email support they'll point you in the right direction.

To be honest we used to handle it. But now if one gets changed and the other does not we get kicked alot. No lie.
