I wish I could. I get the same error.

I've tried searching the forums, and I see a bunch of mentions of a C++ Runtime error, but when I click on the link, it just takes me back to the topmost forum page, which kinda seems to defeat the purpose of a Search function to me... :)

I'm sure it's an interface/operator problem or somesuch, but I sure wish I could see those threads.

The two most likely culprits are both cited in the Technical FAQ: There's a Vista incompatibility issue and a known conflict w/Nvidia drivers. They hope to have the Nvidia bug fixed with their next driver update.

I only wish I could find any documentation of how to know if these are my errors or not. Oh well, if I don't get a remedy after a while, I'll just submit it to the Ironclad guys like the forum directs me to!

The problem is getting a C++ runtime error gives absolutely no info to Ironclad, other than making it known that you get an error :P

The best I can recommend is to make sure your Windows is updated with all the latest and recommended, and make sure .NET framework is installed and the latest as well. If you haven't already, try the newest Nvidia beta drivers, plenty of folks are saying it fixed their C++ errors.

Generally speaking, minidumps are game-related crashes, while C++ errors is more OS.
