Skin Included Wallpaper problem

Some themes have included wallpapers, such as this:
https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=5734&libid=1
I use the latest winblinds, and It for some reason doesnt display the wallpaper. If I select 'Use Skin Wallpaper', it just displays the current wallpaper.
Please Help

It might not be set to have the wallpaper associated, which is why it isn't applying. Check the Wallpapers folder in the Windowblinds skins directory and see if it's there, otherwise check the skin folder itself.

Should be all users\shared docs\stardock\windowblinds\wallpapers.

Oh no, zakai, she's laughing with us.....it's just that most times we aren't laughing......you notice on her avatar that the angel has horns too
