We REALLY need some new UP issues

Why has nobody created any new ones for the library yet? I wish I could do it myself, but

I submitted a UP issue to the library this past weekend. I created it using HawaiiFive-O's awesome GalCiv Writer application. I was waiting to see if it would get published before saying anything. I'm not sure if it will pass Stardock's QA department and get published or not. *crosses fingers* :)

Stevious - where did you find the Writer? I've heard tell of it recently, but haven't been able to locate the file. I've done a search, but you know how useful THAT is on this forum... >:(

The problem is as it current exists, there is little variability to the issues. This is on the list the developers are keeping for improvement.

How can you actually make a UP issue do something that
is not already done in another issue?

For example..Can you force 1 empire to give up a planet?
Can you force the #1 military power to cut its arsenal?
Can you force a cease fire on only specific wars?
etc

there is a link for the galciv writer in the mod forum ("GC Mods"). One of the first sticky threads there is about the galciv writer. In one of his posts, HawaiiFive-O gives a link to a site where you can download it. Since I downloaded it last saturday, I'd say it's still there. :)
