help!!

Hi there.. I have been using and subscribing to stardock for the last two years. Recently I bought a new computer (wearing vista64) and had to reinstall everything. Iconpackager will not install. I have seen the previous postings: I have tried to find the update 3.20a.033 from sdc. I get 3.99a.[b].046 instead, which, when I install, it drives my computer nuts (all icons disappear and the hard drive seems running for ever).

I have been trying to fix this for the last 8 hours and it drives me crazy - please, please, please help!

Try making sure "show pre-release versions" is UNchecked.

Many thanks Bebi Bulma - I tried this, but then it takes me to the pre-3.20 version (3.19.something) which is supposed not to be compatible with vista64 (and it is not indeed, I tried it too). Any other ideas?

Not only that, but because of the many times I installed and uninstalled it trying to fix this, stardock has now blocked my activation code!

You should write to stardock support about the activation code.

And I think if you uncheck that like Bebi said and then you install the 3.19.something and then afterwards recheck the "show pre-release versions", it should give you the options of the 3.20 version and the 3.99 version.

Or at least it showed both beta versions for me before I installed 3.99
