Hi all. I just played the demo and it ran good on my system but the thing is my system was under minimum specs. my ram is a bit under and my cpu is very underpowered too also my graphics card doesnt support pixel shader 2.0 and vertex shader 2.0. just wondering if i should buy it since the demo worked well enough.

My processor is under specs but it runs fine, I just have to turn all my background programs off. It also depends on the size of the map you play. If you only have 512 MB of RAM on your system, dont play a map with 500+ planets of your comp wont handle it.

i am way over the specs and had the game for 2wks.... never finished a game yet due to it crashing... mini dumps n stuff .... freezing up after playing for an hour or so. I play multi on a wireless lan only because dial up sucks... my vid is nvidia and up to date 3.4 dual core intel processer... nvidia geforce 7600 gs 512... realtek sound.... and it will not play any map over 50 planets, just gets real choppy and sloww. So beware... :(

That sounds more like your computer than the game -- its solid as a rock for most people. Try running a virus scan, defragging your HD, and oh -- do you have enough memory?

lol my piece of junk is owning these computers that crash. btw i have a 1ghz amd athlon, 383 MB ram, 9250 ATI RADEON LOL.

hmmm i am running xp with 2 gig ram .... all defragged fully up to date virus scanner... i even ran a wd hard drive test heh cant find anything wrong.... what about the wireless lan ... is there any issues there, seeing that only multi player has all these problems

IIRC, with the synchronization of all the players in a MP match, if someone is using a under powered PC then everyone else runs at the same speed as him making it seem like internet lag.
