I'm not sure if this is a bug but when i play sins (not in cinematic mode) i can't see the Phase lanes in adition to the fact that i can't see the HP of my ships/planets, and other stats, not anywhere, help, please.

That's why Cinematic Mode is called Cinematic Mode.. it disables all the UI overlays so you can screenshot/video capture just the game graphics :P

So no, that's not a bug.

Yes, I'm sick of nonsensical post titles. I'm thinking the internet is exploding, when reading a post title like that...

Please post a screenshot of what is happening. It's hard to say with the little bit of informations you give.

If you're not in cinematic mode (as your parenthetical notes suggest) then check under Options, then User Interface. The left column has Show Info Cards, Show Gravity Well, Show Phase Lines, all of that stuff. If all the boxes aren't green, they won't be showing up (there is also the Cinematic Mode toggle in there as well, so you can be sure it's off).

If that doesn't work, I don't know what to suggest.

Oops, thanks Vandenburg, I read it fast and didn't catch the "not", apologies.

There is a known issue that if you quit while in Cinematic Mode, the next time you start all the UI options will be disabled (basically, your settings get overwritten with Cinematic Mode's).

But yeah, as RedMaw suggested, make sure everything is enabled.

I reseted the Options a couple of times.

Edit> Screenshot, I enter a Folder and press FN screen in game, right?

Are you asking how to take a screenshot? Print Screen in-game (if you're running Vista, there's a minor bug that may require you to re-bind the key to something else), the shots themselves show up in the user file path, Screenshots folder.

It sounds like this may actually be a bug and he's NOT in cinematic mode and all the options are enabled. Any other ideas here guys?

i haven t got a scrrenshot folder for sins, any tips... lol, i just want to enjoy sins again ;p

EDIT I think it started when i changed res but i changed them back with no change.
