IconX Wont open

Hi all,
I installed IconX hoping to make my icons magnify on mouse over. I finished the install and tried opening iconX, nothing happened. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling IconX. ....Same issue. Please help.

Are you using Vista? IconX isn't supported there yet.
