Crashing...Need help

Me and several of my friends have been trying to play a multiplayer game. and more or less after 3- 4 hours of play everything begins to crash.. some have mini dump problems.. or like me my computer simply tells me an error has occurred and the program must close. I find it to be quite ridiculous the amount of errors and bugs this game has, are there any ideas for a fix besides send them my personal data? Because I have tried everything from updating my drivers to reinstalling.
