Skin Dosent Apply..??

Windows Classic Apply's..

Well basically my problem is that i have installed WindowBlinds V 5.5 after i had to Format my PC due to a Virus. i Installed it how it said to and everything appears good untill i Aplly The Changes and it shows up always the Windows Classic Skin witch each Skin I Apply! Here are my Specs. and a pic to see what i mean..

I had this problem or something very similar - I am suspicious because I recently upgraded to the new version of AVG Internet Security - version 8.

Could not switch skins - it only reverted to classic or a bizarre mixture of classic and the skin I wanted.

My solution: Uninstall Windowsblinds, disable AVG resident shield temporally - reinstall Windowsblinds - change a skin, re enable AVG. After, I can leave AVG on and skins change fine.

Worked like a charm after I tried everything else. Looks like some anti-virus programs may not be playing nice with Windowsblinds or vice-versa...
