need to reset activation count

I am having problems with window blinds 6 and I think it might have to do with SP1 , anyways i have reinstalled this program quite a bit. when I installed WB6 today from SDC, i get an Error 6 Excessive Activations. Could I please get my activation count reset?

Your all set, activation count has been reset.
Note, if you don't reinstall windows, or Format the HDD, then you can simply save the sig6.bin file (found under the WindowBlinds folder)and bring it back after you've re-installed.
