Problem with Mods and Now Unable to Uninstall

I tried making my own mod with a compilation of texture and graphical mods that people have posted up in order to play with a few friends of mine and it worked... but I seem to have been having a crashing problem every few minutes. SO I decided that I might have messed up a critical folder in Sins by accident and attempted to uninstall it... however it gave me the network is not available error so I dl'ed windows install clean up in order to get rid of the corrupted .msi but now I am unable to uninstall the game. When I got into add/remove programs and click remove it simply goes into the install screen. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

If the game thinks it's not even installed now, you've likely already removed the registry entries with all the other things you tried. Should just need to delete the game's folder and install again now.
