Gas Giants

It may be just me, but it really seems as if there are plenty of uncolonizable types already.  Why not change the Gas Giant into a colonizable type.  Maybe make it so there is a moon that you can colonize and make it so it is a 'culture' plant.  Maybe the rare gases and chemicals in the gas giant allow your civilization to spread culture better.

Hmmm... Mod request here? Sounds like a pretty logical idea. It'd be a cool idea to add the possibility of one or multiple moons to all planets as a place to make fortified defenses. I know that's redundant b/c all those things are built in space, but it's just an idea I had. And a little OT anyway. :p
