Custom Music

how and where?

Right I have been trying to get my custom music to play in the game (during normal time, not events etc), I copied all my songs into the music folder and removed the standard ones (moved them to a new folder incase I want them back)

 

However when I play the game there is no music for the first couple of turns and then the original background music plays, what am I doing wrong?

Which game are you playing? If you're using one of the expansions, they'll also read music from GC2's folders. Also, there's more music in the EventMusic folder.

Make sure as well that you rename your music in place of the game's--it won't pick up just any music you put there.

Alternatively, you could always just turn off music in the game and run a media player in the background.
