Product activation

ok i have had my GC2 for over a year when i first played on it i don't know if i need to enter an activation code for the product,

but now it is asking for it and i have entered all the code on my game disks and case and it sill wants it,

WTF is up with it?

you know i have had it with this F****** game an it's bloody activation code, it is one of the most retardest things ever i mean all over game are fine only putting it in once but noooo....
you have to put it in twice and the second time it is so retarded it wont let you play the game you paid for so that to me is a WASTE OF MONEY!

gareth - Wincustomize is a 'community' forum where members try and assist each other when they are having issues. The 'only' people that can help you with the activation code issue are Stardock support and they will need to have your software serial number to do so.

You need to contact support@stardock.com and explain what is happening.

Getting upset here is not accomplishing anything.  :)

ok i manage to send it after hacking into my Hotmail files and editing things but after i emailed them i returned it bk to normal...
and it takes 2 days?
so a question is how come the activation does not work?

I'm very sorry that you are having difficulties.  For most people activation has worked well.  Once this is figured out the game will be well worth the wait.

I'm sure support will be able to help you soon.
