my taskbar issue is driving me crazy.......XP

Ive never had this issue with xp before.....mynew skin is vista and xp compatable, but my xp taskbar isnt playing nice, but the vista one is......  the xp one shows the taskbar just beyond the start button.....then blank white.....then shows up again just before the tray........ anyone know what is goin on?  i have reinstalled the sizingbar, the taskbars, the tray....the lot...

ive checked everything.......and now its driving me a little insane.......

 

i hope there is a solution....... :NOTSURE: 

 

FYI when i apply the vista version......the taskbar is perfect......no worries what so ever....only xp taskbar is acting crazy...

the only time i saw that was on my brother PC (last WB6 version) and it was cause of the drivers (or at least get the last drivers fixed it)

Kitty, just a thought. Have you checked your sizing margins and the translucency switch? I had a taskbar go nuts on me a while back...discovered my sizing margins were off and I had forgotten to tick the translucency switch on.

i ended up resolving this issue by restarting my skin...and reinstalling the skinned components....for xp, no sub style as yet for vista.....that will be my next help me post........

i get a feeling the substyle screwed up the skin somehow and i didnt do the substyle properly.......
