Easiest Skinning to start with?

I've been at it a month and I think I have a handle on all the tools and what does what.  So let's say I want to start my own theme (Desktop, WB, Cursors, RC, Icons, etc...).  What is the easiest to start with?  I looked at WB and almost said forget it - that's too deep for this shallow mind.  But I think I can get there if I start in the right order.  So my pixels are drawn and I'm ready to skin - any advice would be appreciated as a place to start and order to go in.....  Thanks,

It depends on what you are good at.
I suck at art, there is no easiset for me.  ;)
The opinion of a non-skinner:
  • LogonVista (art, no code)
  • Logon (XP) (art, no code unless you want to get fancy
  • Bootskin (art, no code)
  • Xion (art, no code, just layers in PS)
  • DX (art + code, but depending on what you are doing you can reuse other's code)
  • CursorFX (art, animations makes harder)
  • RightClick (art + code)
  • WB (lot's of art, hopefully SKS does the code)

Personally speaking, I think Xion is a great way to start because it will help you define the graphics that you may want to use later in other projects. CursorFX, if you want to start out with small scale graphics. Icons are alot of fun and very easy. Bootskins are pretty easy but you may find it hard to maintain the quality of your graphics. And finally speaking, I enjoy working with .png over .bmp anytime :D
