Does anyone out there know if you can install mycolors on more than 1 computer,as per say on your desktop and laptop at the same time and use your paid themes on both.

The short answer is that they can be installed on two computers that are not typically in use at the same time. Hence Work/Home, Home/Laptop, Work/Laptop etc.....
