Every time I quit sins of a solar empire, my windows media player always starts. What's with that?

Read someone else's post on this problem before. As I recall, he found that the shortcut he was using had an additional command at the end that was forcing WMP to open on quit.

Check your shortcut to make sure it's free of any such superfluous commands.
