I am getting this too.
I am running Vista Home Premium 32 Bit and am experiencing intermittent explorer crashes/restarts,primarily when I change WB skins or use WB to change my wallpaper.

I just got that error *6* times in a row. But with 6.02.029

I have a great problem as well when I upgrade my WB via stardock central.Compatibility issue with windowblinds and mycolors. I cant load any visual style installed.....

Windowblinds enhanced found.Please update your windowblinds to 6.02 or later for compatibility with mycolors.The visual style portion of this theme will not be applied.

I'm using Vista Home Premium 32bit.. Please someone help....

I am running the latest beta WB too.

I am having trouble with the "apply changes" button. It disappears on mouseover.

I also am having trouble with the startup. WB will not startup with the system or show up in the taskbar... and yes I have checked to see if the these are "on" in the settings menu.

Only happened once but I can confirm the following:

1. Changed my display settings from 96 dpi (normal to to 120 dpi (large) via display settings.
2. Rebooted and WB did not load, no task bar, no icons on desktop. Hit Ctrl/alt/del. Opened taskmanager, killed explorer.exe, re-started explorer.exe and WB loaded.

3. As I posted on the other WB6 1 beta post I am seeing a weird color mark left behind when I mouse over a control like an 'X' close button of an app. I can't readily reproduce this but I have seen it here three times so far.

The mark on the right hand side of this image is where the close button was for ZA security suite. That happened with Diamond, and it happened again yesterday with the new Aero Metal. So the color from the mouse over on the control button is alive. It's alive!

4. black drop down menus on right click until WB is unload and reloaded (image here).

For those of you who have had issues with explorer with the 6.1 beta, are you doing anything in particular at the time when it crashes.

Also do you run deskscapes?

Nope, it will crash regardless of what I'm doing. I've even had it crash when I was afk, and had nothing, but msn runninh. And I don't use deskscapes.

I don't have deskscapes, Just WB and Object Dock. It seems to occur the most when moving the curser from window to window or to the taskbar,regardless of what is in use,if that makes sense.Oddly enough it hasn't happened since my last post,but I'll use the backgrounds and several windowblinds over the weekend and see what happens.  

Two things I noticed:
1) According to my event logs wbhelp64.dll (64 bit)crashed, but according to Stardock system info wbhelp.dll (32 bit I guess)is installed.

2) Some "spyware" installed by Adobe and Corel like FlexnetLicensing, Bonjour, etc... prevent WB sometimes from loading correctly at boot time or delay WB loading at boot time. I can monitor that rather accurate by using StartupFaster monitoring.

An incorrect WB load is visible due to the fact that WB stays in Vista basic mode. A delayed WB load is visible due to the fact that 15 to 25 seconds after boot, and being in Vista basic mode, the screens go black an then WB comes up in Vista Aero mode.

This is probably not a Stardock problem and I solved it by just disabling the Adobe and Corel "spyware" in services.

Well, that didn't take long. At 12:30am EST:IE7,winamp in radio mode,and WB (with explorer backgrounds on) in use, I clicked on show desktop next to start button and got explorer to crash.I did this again at 1:03 am.Crash. Tried 10 times after that but no crashes,got a vista sized headache thinking about it, went to bed. All transparency and color settings where at default settings. CPU usage read 15%. 68% free ram. Maybe someone else can duplicate this.I'm using Vista Home Basic,AMD64,nVidia6150SE,1.5gb ram. Also, like fontinalis I get black boxes on right-clicking which turns normal when you mouse over it.It does this on almost every menu. I hope this gives you more to work with. Btw, Milksama has my dx diag. file I sent last week if that helps, and I have a screenshot of the blackbox .

Final score for the weekend: Five crashes in five hours of uptime with windowblinds on, with or without backgrounds.Twice on mouseover of Object dock, ,three times same as before.Did not crash with aero desktop restored after 10 hours of use, no matter what was running. The black box goes away after reloading or unloading WB, which it does flawlessly evry time. Any help would be welcome,tho it's more of an annoyance than a problem.Been "married" to this HP/ Vista rig for three months. I think the honeymoon,if not the love affair,is over.       

Are you saying ObjectDock crashed out?
