It will not find my account ?

My account name is as this one is when i log into the forum bihajdin  !!
It says my account is found and I can not make another one someone please help me ?

And sometimes when I log in I can see how many people are playing online but I can not join any games it is really frustrating

ICO accounts are different from forum accounts; they are not shared between the two systems. If you cannot log into ICO and have made an ICO account, contact support@ironcladgames.com with your ICO username and serial.

in his last sentence he does say that he can log in (so he does have an ICO account and he does use it) and see how many people are in the lobby : his problem, then, is that he has trouble joining a game

all i can say to him, spontaneously, is this :

1. forget about this forum for a minute ... your ICO account name seems to be bihajdin

2. once you are logged in that ICO account, u must select a "player" that u have created (it can be any name that is not already in use : it could be, again, bihajdin)

3. u then land in a lobby ... u have to click "join" to the left ... a list of available games should appear (but sometimes, if everybody is already engaged in a game, there might be no games offered for a few minutes)

4. some games u will not be able to join, either because they are already full (and about to start), either because they are protected by a password, either because it is a save-game reload and you do not have the save files required to enter ...

... if i understood his problem correctly ...
