Transparency Issues

Hi everyone. Im hoping you can solve a small problem im having with my OD v1.9.

I have two docks. One on the bottom, the other on top. I have my bottom dock set to translucent to give it a aeroglass effect. But i cant do the same for my dock at the top. Please help to do this. Im running XP.
