What's up with Alabama

Today is a recovery day. I just integrated my last changes to the source code from the weekend. I also made a custom build for Alex so that he can do some texture munging.

I decided to put some of the knowledge we learned from the demo into PoliticalMachine. Slow process. I'm doing the graphics by hand

There's still one bug in there, for some reason Alabama's border is lighter than the others. I can't figure it out. I'll get it tomorrow.
