Digital download install problem

I get to installing part of the digital download it says its applying install actions and it just stops. Iv'e tried downloading it 4 times now. plz help

Hello, this is my second purchase from this company. The first was GalacticCiv 2, they forgot to ship that with the correctactivation codes. This time around |I thought I'd download Sins and thus far have not even managed to get passed the registration part. What are these people thinking about. The process is crap, it does notwork as it should. Why do I follow the instructions, cutand bloody paste exactly as required only to be told NOPE your email is not rgistered. YES IT IS YOU JUST EMAILED ME TO TELL ME. What a bunch off aaaggggghhhhhhhh god I hate tis shit!!!!!!!

I'm not really sure where you're even running into problems. If you're trying to register your game on this website, then contact support@stardock.com.

If you're getting an error when trying to create an account on Ironclad Online, please contact support@ironcladgames.com as we don't have access to the ICO server.
