Multiplayer Network Error on ICO

I wasn't having any problems playing on ICO, even without changing my port forwarding and firewall settings. After downloading the latest patch I am unable to host a game on ICO. When I click Host the button goes gray for about ten seconds and then a window pops up sayins "Network Error - Disconnected from Gameserver". I am having difficulty joining about 80% of the games out there as well, I am getting the same error.

Also I am fairly sure I have port 6112 unblocked anyways. It is the default port for the World of Warcraft Blizzard Downloader if I remember correctly. Firewall is turned off now as well.
