What's the photshop technique called?

Hello everyone. I'm no photshopper, I'm terrible at it, but the other day I found a tutorial where you had a black and white picture but a part of it was coloured. I didn't bookmark it at the time but I want to try it out. Could someone please tell me what the technique is called so I can try and find the tutorial again?

This is another post that makes me wonder why I dont see a link to the wincustomize wiki anywhere on the site.

Zakai, honestly, that's the first time I looked at the Help Button.  :LOL: 
But it didn't really help that much :P

Alternate Setting, that's exactly what I was looking for. Selective Colouring!
