Skinning Applications

I have chose some programs not to skin in the "per Application" window. Why is it still skinning some applications I chose not be skinned?

What apps? Sometimes the launcher app calls another app and that app needs to be added too.

I tried every program relayed to it and that didn't work either.
That's not the only program. I use a browser called Enigma and it keeps skinning it too after I've changed it to ignore it.
