Taskbar won't skin after upgrade to 6.02

I upgraded to 6.02 (I think from 6.01) and now no matter what skin I choose the taskbar remains in the old Classic (as in Windows 2000) style.

Just to be safe uninstall, restart, reinstall, restart before you use it. If this does not do the trick what are your video drivers at?
